Welcome to my Public Offer Agreement for Services. This document serves as a binding agreement between you (the Client) and me (Igor Troshkov, the Contractor). By engaging in collaboration and making a payment, you confirm your acceptance of the terms outlined below. These terms are legally equivalent to a service contract and define the mutual obligations and responsibilities of both parties.

Public Offer Agreement for Services

Contractor Details
This agreement is offered by Igor Troshkov, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”. The Contractor’s contact information is provided upon request.

1. Description of Services

The Contractor offers the following professional services under this agreement:

  1. Development and customization of software for warehouse management.
  2. Development and customization of software for supplier price monitoring.
  3. Development of software for Amazon marketing purposes.
  4. Configuration of repricing tools.
  5. Consulting services related to Amazon operations.
  6. Traffic generation and optimization for Amazon listings.

2. Target Audience

This agreement applies to all clients worldwide who agree to collaborate with the Contractor. By making payment based on the provided invoice, the Client confirms acceptance of this agreement and all terms outlined herein.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

  1. The cost of services is determined individually for each project and depends on the complexity and scope of work.
  2. Payment methods accepted include:
    • Payoneer
    • PayPal
    • Wise
    • Bank Wire
  3. The Client agrees to pay the amount specified in the invoice provided by the Contractor. Payment of the invoice constitutes acceptance of this agreement and its terms.

4. Terms of Service Delivery

The timeline for completing the services depends on the specifics of each project and is agreed upon individually with the Client.

5. Responsibility of the Parties

  1. The Contractor is responsible for providing services in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
  2. The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the Contractor to perform the services.
  3. The Contractor shall not be held liable for any issues arising from improper use of the delivered software or services by the Client.
  4. Advance payments are not mandatory and are determined individually for each project. The Contractor reserves the right to begin work without an advance payment, based on mutual agreement with the Client.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through mutual negotiations between the Contractor and the Client. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be referred to a competent authority, based on the applicable legal standards for international agreements.

7. Force Majeure

The Contractor shall not be held liable for any delays or failure to fulfill obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, armed conflicts, strikes, government actions, or disruptions in communication or payment systems.

8. Acceptance of the Offer

  1. This public offer becomes valid from the moment it is published on the Contractor’s website and remains in effect until it is revoked.
  2. By paying the invoice issued by the Contractor, the Client confirms acceptance of the terms of this agreement.
  3. The Contractor reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
